张嘉昕,医学博士,讲师。2021年毕业于西北大学中药生物工程专业,获医学博士学位;2021年9月至2024年12月于西北大学生物学流动站从事师资博士后研究;2025年9月至今任西安医学院基础与转化医学研究所讲师。
主要从事活性成分受体蛋白筛选、配受体间相互作用机制、中药药理学新方法以及寡核苷酸荧光探针开发应用研究。通过PDPL筛选中药活性成分潜在体内受体蛋白,并基于特异性结合及其介导的生理作用进行验证,同时从热力学及结构变化角度解析配受体间具体结合机制。
围绕活性成分潜在体内受体蛋白筛选方法及其结合机制,构建中药组方配伍机制阐释的新方法。同时基于寡核苷酸Hairpin结构、Chair-type G-quadruplex结构及K(I)诱导的Parallel G-quadruplex结构,设计含特定碱基序列的OND探针,联合猝灭基团对荧光素的猝灭作用及PGQ对荧光配体的荧光增强作用,建立用于特定重金属离子及生物活性分子高选择性、高灵敏检测的方法,并研究其相关机制。
