陈梦音，工学博士，中共党员，讲师。2023年毕业于陕西科技大学发酵工程专业。主要研究方向为功能活性物质提取及活性探究，聚焦药食同源大分子成分，在提取纯化、慢性代谢疾病干预机制解析等方面开展研究。
