主要从事药食同源类中药防治神经退行性疾病的作用机制研究,围绕“肠道微生物-代谢产物-脑”轴,系统解析其在阿尔茨海默病及帕金森病等神经退行性疾病中的调控作用。同时开展基于古代医书典籍方剂的现代化改良与产品开发研究,利用现代药理学与毒理学研究手段阐明相关产品的生物学机制及安全性。
